He was predeceased by : his father Chris Smith. He is survived by : his mother Teresa Smith; his brothers, Jeffery Smith (Caitlyn) and Jamie Smith; his nieces, Hazel and Cecelia; and his grandfather David Powelczyk. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
