He was predeceased by: his parents, Isabelle Bliley Kaiser and F. Dawson Bliley; and his stepfather Lawrence F. Kaiser. He is survived by: his brothers, David and Richard Bliley; his sister-in-law Deborah A. Bliley; his wife Marilyn Swanson Bliley of Webster, NY; his children, Thomas D. Bliley of Henrietta, NY and Elizabeth Waring (Michael); his grandsons, Nathaniel and Adam Waring of Henrietta, NY; his siblings, Jean Everberg (Carl) of Longmont, CO and John Bliley of Boulder, CO; his stepbrother Gary Kaiser (Rohnda) of Tucson, AZ; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Bliley, Judy Bliley, Kathryn Noble-Fraley (Michael) and Lisa Barczynski (Peter) of Erie, PA.. He is also survived by friends, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home.
