As we bid Charles farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Charles is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosario Scardino and Prospera Scardino; his sister Frieda; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Longdue and Kathleen Bartlotta.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Scardino; his children, Carrie Ann Seitz (Greg) and Ross Brian Scardino (Ania Kosmider); and his grandchildren, Charlie Seitz (Meghan) and Sandra Kosmider. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
