He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Kulp and Jeanette Kulp; and his brother Bruce Kulp. He is survived by: his wife Debora; his sons, Andrew (Lisa) and David (Ashley); and his grandchildren, Jaycob, Dylan and Logan. He is also survived by niece and nephews.
