She was predeceased by: her husband William; her parents, Warren Stack and Jeanne Stack; and her brothers, Richard Stack and Daniel Stack.

She is survived by: her children, William Breen (Kathie), Daniel Breen (Celine) and Patricia Meyer (Michael); her brother Robert Stack (Kris); and her grandchildren, Amy Perez Prado (Alain), Timothy Lewis (Janice Fico), Tracy Ramachandran (Siddharth), Karie Spry (Jon), Rebecca Goldfeder (Eric), Jessica Breen, William Breen and Andrew Meyer (Jason Trax). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
