He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores E. Serafine; his daughter Linda Serafine; his parents, Anthony Serafine and Irene Serafine; and his sister Edith Panetta.

He is survived by: his children, Frank M. Serafine (Ellen) and Karen M. Serafine; and his grandson Nathan Serafine. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
