She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Madigan; her son Craig Jensen; her daughter-in-law Jeannie Jensen; and her brothers, Paul Bislow and John Bislow.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Jensen (Ellen), Jill Hammeken (John), Jim Jensen (Mary), Brian Jensen and Karen Falvo (Joe); her grandchildren, Johnny Hammeken, Jeff Hammeken (Jessica), Dan Jensen (Vatha), Brent Jensen (Amanda), Bradley Jensen (Georgia), Ryan Jensen (Emma), Stephanie Stehler (Dave), Melanie Woolman (David) and Anthony Falvo (Daniel Garza); her great grandchildren, Shiori, Samantha, Erica, Makala, Oliver, Andrew, Savannah, Jackson, Austin, Phoebe and Owen; and her sister-in-law Linda Bislow. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Falvo Funeral Home (1295 Fairport Nine Mile Point Rd, Webster, NY 14580).
