He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Kastner and Betty Kastner. He is survived by: his son Matthew Kastner (Sarah); and his siblings, Bonnie Armstrong and Bill Kastner (Chris). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and close friends.
