He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Spencer and Dorothy Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Karen Spencer (Payment); his sons, Jeff (Donna), Brett (Michelle) and Scott Spencer; and his sister Donna Witcher (Jim). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
