He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Chilson and Jennie Chilson; and his sisters, Joann Richmond and Patricia Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Jamie Thomann Chilson; his children, Monte J. Chilson (Sue), David Chilson (Chris) and Belinda Chilson Nichols (Jim); his grandchildren, Sarah Chilson (Dave Plante), Laura Chilson, Matt Chilson and Noelle Chilson Hillenbrand (John); his great grandchildren, Cam, Ollie and Theo Plante; and his cousins, Bruce Chilson (Judy) and Eric Chilson (Linda). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and a multitude of friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Willard H. Scott Funeral Home (12 South Ave, Webster, NY 14580). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Holy Trinity Church (1460 Ridge Rd, Webster, NY 14580).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests any donations be made to Holy Trinity Church of Webster or Penfield Volunteer Emergency Ambulance.
