He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald and Myrtle; his siblings, Donald P. Dugan (Lisa), Madonna Gligic and Joyce Roe; and his grandsons, Nolan Patrick Snyder and Cooper Dugan.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine; his children, Sandra Garcia (David), Kimberley Helle, Kristina Dugan and Shawn Dugan; his grandchildren, Nevin Snyder, Brieanne Helle, Brandon Helle, Bryent Helle and Riley Ogden; his siblings, Bernard, Anne Bancroft (Frank), Daniel (Linda) and Susan Martinez; his stepmother Lillian Dugan; and his friend Valerie DuPrey. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hope Hall School.
