He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Palmer and Mary Palmer; his brothers, Alfred, Walter, Louis, Joseph and Raymond; his brother-in-law Ralph Dimmick; his sisters, Maria Branski, Bernice Monks and Dorothy Murphy; and his siblings' children, Matthew Branski, Tom Branski, Alfred Palmer, Bobby Boatright, Joanne Reynolds and Michelle Hogan.
He is survived by: his sibling's children, Tom Monks (Wendy), Jim Branski (Sandy), David Palmer (Kathy), Richard Palmer, Linda Garnett (Don), Diane Kron, Carol Palmer, Dottie Chilton (Bruce), Barbara Jean Termito, Irene Pierce (Dennis), Marianne Palmer, Louis Palmer (Chris), John Palmer, Wendy Inglese, Larry Boatright (Lori), Ronnie Boatright (Leck), Mary Kay Thompson, Victor Larmon (Rita) and Ralph. He is also survived by many great nieces, nephews, great-great nieces and nephews.
