He was predeceased by: his uncle Anthony DiNardo; his grandmother Terry Dinardo; and his great-grandparent Florence Dinardo. He is survived by: his parents, Gina Greenblatt (Jim Michels) and Richard Greenblatt Sr.; his siblings, Anthony DiNardo, Alivia Michels and Grace Koval; and his grandfathers, John DiNardo and James Michels.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Lakefront Soccer Club, or Lollypop Farm in Richie's memory.
