He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Bryan Sparling (Barbara) and Pamela Napierala (Thomas); his brother Donald Sparling; his foster sister Ruth Boscia; his granddaughters, Kelli Berardi (William), Elisa Mikolajko (Alex) and Nichole Sparling; and his great grandchildren, Grace, William and Caleb Berardi. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
