He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton Baxter and Ellen Baxter. He is survived by: his wife Lori Weber-Baxter; his children, Philip Baxter, Elliot Baxter (Bridgette), Chris Weber (Clara) and Jeff Weber (Carrie); his granddaughter Rowyn Baxter; his sister Laurie Mastrocola (Robert); his niece Kara Mastrocola; his nephew Mark Mastrocola (Lyndsi Lloyd); his parents-in-law, Frank Moscato (Sharon) and Karen Kenyon; and his brother-in-law John Moscato (Debbie).
