We announce the death of Shirley Basil of Webster, New York, who passed away on June 29, 2026, at the age of 86. Shirley will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony; her daughters, Joy Elizabeth Basil and Deborah Korzinski; and her grandson Adam Korzinski. She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Tumminelli and Cynthia Pozzuolo; her grandchildren, Peter Korzinski, Mic Tumminelli, Sal Tuminelli, Nicole Pozzuolo and Anthony Pozzuolo; her great grandchild Ariella Pozzuolo; and her sisters, Lucy LaPiana, Linda Pecora (Gigi) and Rosie LaPiana.
