He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvin Dolph and Kathleen Smith Dolph. He is survived by: his wife Gwen Henderson Dolph; his sons, Jesse (Shantel) and Matthew (Sarah); his grandchildren, Sadie, Wyatt, Claire and Grayson; and his brothers, Daniel (Darlene) and Dale (Lafi). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
