He is survived by: his children, J. Edwin L. Garrigan Jr. (Tammy), Goldie Garrigan (Thomas Lees) and Michael Smith; his grandchildren, Jordan Shoemaker, J. Edwin L. Garrigan III, Thomas Lees Jr., Blake Arthur Garrigan, Mikaylee Smith and Madelynn Smith; his great grandchildren, Summer and Chance; and his siblings, Duane Hilderbrandt (Darci), Daniel Hilderbrandt (Joann), Dawn Townsend (Randy) and Deborah Behm (Josh). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
