He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Forbes and Dora Belle Forbes Jr. (DeVoe); his sister Esther Eastman; his brothers-in-law, Gary Bisgrove and Dell Tyler; and his nephew Todd Forbes.
He is survived by: his siblings, Edward (Sara), Lester (Maxcine), Lloyd, Herbert (Patricia), Thomas (Debra), Winnifred Tyler and Hilda Bisgrove.
