He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Leonardi and Mary Leonardi (Baldini); his wife Barbara Babiarz Leonardi; his daughter Mary A. Leonardi; and his sister Elmerina Leonardi Parkman.
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Dr. Anthony Leone Jr.; his nephews, Anthony Leone III and Jacques Leonardi; his great-nephew Matthew Leone; his children, Ezio Leonardi Jr., Joseph Leonardi (Michelle) and Theresa Leonardi; his granddaughter Nina Leonardi; his siblings, Norma Leonardi Leone, Robert and Salvatore (Beatrice); and his friend Church.
