He is survived by: his children, Daniel Rookey, Johanna Miller Povlock, Mckenzie Miller Crouch, Justin Miller (Kristynn), Frances Miller (Khaaliq), Kathleen Miller, Michelle Miller Horr (Christopher) and Michael Miller; his stepchildren, Jason Murphy, Kari Murphy and Kathleen Walters; and his sisters, Linda Sandefur (Robert) and Amy Miller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
