He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Chase and Matila Hoerger Chase; his stepdaughter Lisa Hickey; and his brothers, Jack and Jimmy Chase.
He is survived by: his wife Diane A. Swindon Chase; his daughter Jill Carmody (Colin); his stepchildren, Sheila Snyder (Jeff), Tammy Garrigan, Kelly Sanders, Sabrina DiMora, Otis Garrigan (Jill), Shannon Wright and Shawn Garrigan (Lisa); and his grandchild Remi. He is also survived by grandchildren; great grandchildren; great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
