She is survived by : her parents, William Baker and Debora A Baker; her grandmother Dorothy Johnson; her siblings, Melanie Tatham of Oklahoma, Tammy Lee Ubriaco (Michael) of Oklahoma, Jesse Baker NJ (Cassandra) and Casey Baker-Bureau (Jason) of Wells; her aunts and uncles, Joyce Colson of Oklahoma, Barbara Kester (John) of Ohio, Betty Theodore (Glenn), Brenda Cowan of Virginia, Beverly Baker, Donna Treyes (Barry) and Lee Coslon of Wells; her nieces and nephews, Leah Baker of Wells, Hunter Johnson, Brooke Al-Bezergan of Oklahoma, Molly Rae, Madolin Baker and Derek Warren of Weedsport, NY.; and her caregiver Morgan.
