He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert "Dutch" Lowman and Bernice Lowman (Chamberlain); his wife Gail Lowman (Guthrie); his brother Allen L. Lowman; his granddaughter Apryl Lowman; and his brother-in-law Daniel Hanrahan.
He is survived by: his children, Allen A. Lowman (Maggie) of Waverly, NY, Penny S. Arnold (Tim) of Millerton, PA and Vallerie L. MacWhinnie (Brent) of Ulster, PA; and his sister Connie Hanrahan of Fassett, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
