She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick Plate and Mary Plate (Tice); her husband Everett A. Shock; and her sons, William Shock and Kenneth "Ken" Shock, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Kreisler (Jerry) and Michael Shock (Linda). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
