He is survived by: his girlfriend Nancy Diello; his children, Michael Coughlin (Eileen), Amy Jansson (Per), Jennifer Ames (Donny) and Andrew Coughlin (Lakiya); and his nieces, Kristy Dolan (Gary) and Karen Ackerson. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
