He is survived by: his children, William Arthur Mann of Dover, OH and Michelle Paris (William) of Sayre; his sister Joyce Schultz; and his grandchildren, Courtney Nicole Paris of Sayre, Brandon William Paris of Sayre and Jackson Arthur Mann of Dover, OH. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
