He was predeceased by: his brother Jeremy Smith; his grandson Connor; his brother-in-law Wes Merrick; and his grandparents, James Smith, Robert and Louise Geffers.
He is survived by: his parents, James Smith and Darlene Smith of Wellsville; his children, Jaime Fuentes (Aaron) of Wellsville, Brandon Gallagher (Jessamine) of Cuba and Sheyana Smith (Dylan Briggs) of Hendersonville, TN; his grandchildren, Skyler, Jaxton, Brantley, Oliver and Adaline; his sister Carrie Merrick of Wellsville; his grandmother Evelyn Smith of Andover; and his nephews, Jordan Cross (Brody), Nicolas Cross (Jaci), Ethan Brant and Ean Brant. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces.
A reception will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Willing Town Hall (1431 NY-19, Wellsville, NY 14895).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to ABATE or Comfort House of Allegany County.
