She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Samuel Subotnick and Blanche Subotnick; her husband Gerald Symons; her son Dr. Andrew Symons; her daughter-in-law Einav; her grandchildren, Gilad of Tampa, FL and Shira of Buffalo, NY; her son Rabbi Ron Symons; her daughter-in-law Rabbi Barbara Symons of Pittsburgh, PA; her grandchildren, Aviva of Oakland, CA, Ilana and Micah; her sister Lois Resnick; her brother-in-law David; her nieces, Beth and Stefanie of New City, NY; and her siblings-in-law, Flora Steigman of Chicago, Laura Epstein and Alvin Epstein (Boca Raton) of Rockville Centre, NY. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews and very close friends.
