He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mowbray and Marjorie Mowbray (Conklin); and his brother Frank Mowbray, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Mowbray; his children, Christine Manzi (John) and Garry Mowbray, Jr. (Jillian); his grandchildren, Michael, Wyatt, Carter, Emily and Bennett; and his siblings, George, Marion, Patricia, Wendy, Linda and Danny. He is also survived by the Pop-Pop of his five grandchildren.
