He is survived by: his girlfriend Marie Bundy; his children, Jody Goff (John), Jeffrey Ball (Lori), Andrew Ball (Natalie) and Keith Ball; his stepsons, Matt Grant (Alisha) and David Grant; his grandchildren, John Goff (Amanda), Jenelle DeMeza (Mike), Nathan Ball (Melody), Emily Sanford (Dan), Leah Bolton (Andrew), Caleb Ball, Jacob Ball (Carrie), Michael Ball, Noah Ball, Ethan Ball, Amanda Jensen (Peter), Adam Grant (Maryna), Madison Grant, Amari Grant and Maggie Testa; and his sister Margaret Smart. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
