He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Dickfoss and Emma Dickfoss. He is survived by: his wife Anneliese Dickfoss; his children, William Dickfoss and Susan Bauer (Bruce); and his granddaughters, Megan McLachlan (Connor) and Laura Bauer (Matthew).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made in Milton's honor to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
