He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Miner and Margaret Miner (Trombley); his siblings, Clarence R. Miner, Carl Miner, Ricky Miner, Ronald Miner and Mary Burke; and his brother-in-law Brian Chauvin.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Miner of West Chazy; his children, Craig Miner (Barbara) of Morrisonville and Jody Cross (Arthur) of Westport; his siblings, Randy Miner, Rodney Miner, Carolyn Chauvin and Cathy Miner; his siblings-in-law, Dawn Miner, Gary Duprey, Bradley Duprey, James Duprey, Laurence Duprey and Ronald Duprey; and his granddaughter Gillian Miner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
