She is survived by: her children, Joann Cilbirth (Glenn) of Mesa, AZ, Gerald Perkins (Noemie) of Monroe, NC, James Perkins of Lancaster, PA and David Perkins (Charitie) of West Winfield; and her sister Andrea Gott. She is also survived by ten grandchildren.
