She was predeceased by: her husband William R. Baker; her son Jay; and her parents, Charles Hoffman and Eleanor Hoffman. She is survived by: her children, Jo Anne Walker (late Nicholas), Michael (Kathy), John (Lori), William (Janet), Adam (Tammy) and Amy Kowalczyk (Steve); and her siblings, Marie Keppner, Gary Hoffman, David Hoffman and Linda Schueler. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
