He was predeceased by: his parents, Eunice Denny (Fancher) and Corwin Denny; his son Michael R. Denny; and his sisters, Vivian Smith, Marion Wolfe and Doris Palmer.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Denny; his daughter Dr. Noreen Denny of Greenville, NC; his grandson Jacob Denny of Rotterdam; and his brother Corwin E. Denny of Mary Ester, FL.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear, lifelong friends.
