He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Edmunds and Nancy Edmunds. He is survived by: his friend Lisa; his son Clayton Forrest Edmunds; his siblings, Stephanie Adams (David), Geoffrey (Lynn), Linda Friedrich, Fred Jr. (Peggy) and Emme; Clayton Forrest Edmunds and Lisa Perkus Edmunds of Middleburgh, NY. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
