She was predeceased by: her brother Paul Thompson; and her parents, Walter Thompson and Rena M. Herron Thompson. She is survived by: her siblings, Greg Thompson and Beatrice Allen.

Visitation was held on Sunday, May 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM at the Tuthill-Mangano Funeral Home (406 E Main St, Riverhead, NY 11901). A prayer was held on Monday, May 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, May 19th 2025 at the Calverton National Cemetery (210 Princeton Blvd, Calverton, NY 11933-1031).
