We are sad to announce that on July 7, 2025, at the age of 65, Stefan John Wojciechowski of West Hempstead, New York, born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his mother Carol Wojciechowski; his sisters, Karin, Christine and Kathrine; his brothers-in-law, Keith and David; his siblings' children, Patrick, Jonathan, Jacklyn, Amanda and Alexandra; his great-niece Lennon Brooke; and his goddaughters, Amanda and Erica.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Park Funeral Chapels (2175 Jericho Tpke, Garden City Park, NY 11040). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
