He was predeceased by : his mother Rita Cook (Shriver). He is survived by : his father James R. Cook; his husband Peter J. Quick; his stepdaughter Marena Quick; his siblings, Lauri Parkhurst and Elizabeth Witt (Aaron); and his siblings-in-law, Ernie (Robin), Donald (Mary), Gordon (Lauri), Mike Quick (Doreen) and Bonnie Shields. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
