Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. (1225 Montauk Hwy, West Islip, NY 11795). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at the Our Lady of Lourdes R. C. Church (455 Hunter Ave, West Islip, NY 11795).
