With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anthony G. Piro (West Islip, New York), who passed away on June 22, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Catherine; his brothers, John (Rina) and Joseph (Ann); and his father Joseph, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Angelina Piro; his children, Lisa Saake (Vincent), Lori Pepio (Daniel), Anthony Piro and Karen Ambrose (Frank); his grandchildren, Richie, Katie (Tyler), Chelsea (Tania), Daniel and Holly (Justin); Anthony, John and Joseph. He is also survived by his brothers, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations made in Anthony G. Piro's name to either: American Lung Association, or, Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital.
