Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons West Islip Funeral Home (1225 Montauk Hwy, West Islip, NY 11795). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 5:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in honor of Chris to the Special Olympics.
