“We knew Frank for a relatively short time, as neighbors in West Babylon. But, when we became friends with Frank, it was as if we had been friends for life. His incredible memory let him share many of his life and travel stories with us, and he always had a keen ear for our stories. Most all of these ended with a good, hearty laugh.
