Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. (1225 Montauk Hwy, West Islip, NY 11795). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Our Lady of Lourdes R. C. Church (455 Hunter Ave, West Islip, NY 11795).
In lieu of flowers, the family request a donation be made to Saint Jude Children's Hospital.
