He was predeceased by: his brother Philip. He is survived by: his wife Kim; his children, Michael (Marijane), Kent (Sue) and Pamela Peyton; and his sister Elaine Newgarden. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. (1225 Montauk Hwy, West Islip, NY 11795). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
