Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. (1225 Montauk Hwy, West Islip, NY 11795). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Our Lady of Lourdes R. C. Church (455 Hunter Ave, West Islip, NY 11795).
