With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John W. Carroll of West Islip, New York, who passed away on June 15, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Mary and Lawrence Carroll; and his daughter Margaret (Steve). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his daughters, Trisha, Debbie, Eileen, Kathie and Susan (Tom); and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Kelsey, Kristin, Makayla, Shannon, Brendan, Sean and Brian.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association in John's memory.
