Lucille A. D'Achille Obituary

We announce the death of Lucille A. D'Achille (West Islip, New York), who passed away on August 23, 2026, at the age of 83. Lucille will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Lucille will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Lucille will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture her life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Lucille’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.

She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas; and her parents, Frank and Ann. She is survived by: her children, Domenic (Laura) and Maria (Frank); her granddaughters, Natalie, Gabriella, Brianna and Christina; and her siblings, Angela and Thomas.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. (1225 Montauk Hwy, West Islip, NY 11795). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Our Lady of Lourdes R. C. Church (455 Hunter Ave, West Islip, NY 11795).
