He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Carol Moore; his sister Cheryl Castilletti (Mark); and his siblings-in-law, Pamela Hanlon (Kenny), Michael Moore (Kelli) and Timothy Moore (Anna).

He is survived by: his parents, John Muldoon and Janice Muldoon; his significant other Laura; his son Michael, Jr.; and his father-in-law Denny Moore. He is also survived by 11 Nieces and Nephews and 2 Great Nieces and 1 Great Nephew.
