She was predeceased by : her husband Gerald; and her sisters, Frances Ryan and Colleen Wolferd. She is survived by : her children, Karen Genett, Nancy Siehl (Tim), Thomas Saloy, Martin Saloy, Frances Barcavage (Donald), Stephanie Sammarco (Gerry) and MaryEllen Madison; her grandchildren, Megan Siehl (Adam), Erin Genett, Caitlin Siehl, Stephen Genett (Emma), Brandon Saloy, Sgt. Brian Barcavage, Miranda Madison, Juliana Sammarco and Patrick Barcavage; and her great grandchild Toby Cohen-Westbrooke.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 19th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. (20 Hicksville Rd, Bethpage, NY 11714). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, March 20th 2024 at 11:15 AM.
